Victor provides a testing and fun training platform to bring the best out of people and build high-performing teams. Our facilitators and partners create an environment to extract the maximum learning and translate it directly into enhanced performance and processes.

We believe that learning happens best when it is applied and it is fun and we think that our facilities can add a new dimension to learning and development when employed in the right context.

We supply audio-visual at no charge and Victor is equipped with 2 toilets and a shower together with a stove in the main saloon for extra comfort together with a professional galley, 6 burner stove and fridge freezer for self-catering.

Our hospitality partners, Sea Breeze Catering, we can provide excellent locally sourced food and drink to meet your requirements.

For I day events, Victor can accommodate parties of up to 60 people alongside a quay or 40 under way though we recommend for training purposes, a maximum of 20 persons at any one time. For overnight events, Victor can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests in the spacious main saloon and, of course, there is lots of break-out space up on deck.
